The Beech Group is run by Stephen Beech, a Manchester born and bred property pioneer and green technology ambassador. With his student lettings business, Beech Properties, he’s been a successful property developer and landlord since 2001. In 2013, he turned his attention to Manchester city centre, acquiring unloved buildings and renovating them into low carbon, high design apartments. His aim is to bring disused buildings back to useful purpose and provide affordable high standard apartments to new graduates and young professionals. Our state-of-the-art headquarters are located on Oxford Street in Manchester city centre. For more information about us and our teams, please watch our promotional video.
Being a significant property developer with huge experience in the conversion of low carbon properties, we are successful because we do things differently. Beech buildings are all about efficient design, high specifications and energy efficiency. We focus on maximising space, long term durability and on continuously improving our development model so that we stay ahead of the competition. Bringing all of our skills in-house, under one roof, means we have greater control over our projects. From acquisition, design and build, and project management through to lettings and property management, we’re involved in every aspect of the development process.
Located at 60 Oxford St, our city centre lettings brand brings the Beech standard of design to the young professional rental market in exciting central locations.
