Originally a 9,300 sq ft vacant office, 2 Waterloo Street is currently being converted into 15 high-spec, energy efficient apartments. Once completed, this project will bring the whole building back to its useful purpose, guaranteeing its long-term future use after 50 years standing largely vacant. This transformation will contribute to meeting latent demand from occupiers and will provide social, economic and environmental benefits in an accessible and sustainable location.
2 Waterloo Street is one of three buildings which used to form Transact House – a factory and packing warehouse built in 1880.
