Mindel House and neighbouring 11 Bloom Street, both Victorian brick-built former warehouses which have lain empty for a number of years, are currently being converted into 78 carbon neutral apartments. This project is one of our most fascinating and complex to date, with an internal courtyard space as well as a large rooftop park. Located in a quiet corner of central Manchester, this development is surrounded by beautiful historic buildings, including Manchester Crown Court.
The building is located only a couple of minutes away from one of Manchester’s most renowned green spaces, Sackville Gardens. When exploring the park, one can contemplate a memorial statue of Alan Turing, the computer pioneer who helped Britain win the Second World War.
